If your driving license has been revoked, there is the possibility of regaining it under certain conditions. At Meine Fahrschule in Munich Giesing, we will help you to achieve this goal as quickly as possible.
The steps required are individual and may include retraining or a medical-psychological examination (MPU). Three months before your disqualification period expires, you can apply to have your driving license reinstated. The longer ago you were disqualified, the more likely it is that the driving license authority will require a new driving test.
However, one driving lesson is often enough to prepare you for the practical test. This depends entirely on how long you have not driven. You decide the exact number of hours yourself.
The following requirements apply
- Application at the earliest three months before expiry of the blocking period
- Current eye test
- A biometric passport photo
- Identity card or passport
- Submission of the original penalty order or court judgment
- Medical examination certificate, if applicable
- Proof of participation in MPU or rehabilitation measures, if applicable
